LEVEL TWO
YOUTH PROJECT

“When I feel down, I do the grounding techniques that you showed me and it's been really helpful. Now I can go into a shop and calm myself down if I panic. I would definitely say I'm more confident now than I was.”

OPEN
ROAD

“D has come a long way since attending Open Road. We all feel your provision has been the making of him…He feels more confident about the future and the path he will be taking. On a 1-to-1 basis he’s a delight and his social skills have improved dramatically.”

GREEN
LIGHT TRUST

“Thank you for supporting this organisation. My son is 15 years old, in mainstream school, with a diagnosis of ASD, OCD and co-morbidity. He has been bullied both verbally and physically, which has resulted in his anxiety and low self-esteem. I cannot thank Green Light Trust enough for taking him ‘under their wing’ – and providing a lifeline for the whole family. He loves working and helping younger children, so perhaps he will be able to share his love of nature with others in future.”

KIDS
OUT

“I am very grateful for all the help and support KidsOut has given to my children and myself. This support has been like a ladder for them that little by little has enabled them to integrate into society once more. All I care about is to see my children happy, in peace and secure. Thank you very much.”

S0, CAN WE
HELP YOU?

We award grants to both individuals and non-profit enterprises; for example, if a lack of equipment or training is holding you back from achieving your goals, and you’re aged 11 to 20, you may qualify for a grant. If you’re a non-profit organisation or community project that supports young people’s development, then we can provide funding to assist you in continuing the valuable work you do.

Our donations have benefited many causes in Norfolk and Suffolk, such as The Green Light Trust helping those facing educational or mental health challenges to build ‘health, hope and happiness through the power of nature’; and Open Road, dedicated to teaching practical life and work skills for a brighter future.

Young people deserve a chance to realise their full potential regardless of their circumstances – our aim is to open the door to new possibilities and opportunities that will make a positive difference and give them a brighter future.
